Are the cushions waterproof?
Most outdoor cushions are water-resistant, not fully waterproof. In heavy rain, store cushions or use breathable covers and let them dry fully before storing. Solution-dyed acrylic resists UV/mildew but can still take on water in prolonged rain.
Will the frames rust?
Aluminium doesn’t rust (it forms a protective oxide layer). Powder-coated steel is corrosion-resistant but not immune if the coating chips – clean and touch up when needed.
Do the sets come pre-assembled?
Most arrive flat-packed with hardware and a simple tool included. Expect a 30–90 minute build for typical sets. Keep packaging until you’ve checked everything fits your space.
How do I care for rattan and textiles?
Synthetic rattan: wash with warm soapy water and a soft brush; store cushions indoors; cover or store sets over winter. Natural rattan should be brought inside in cold/wet seasons.
